The Harmony School of Achievement PTO is so grateful to Texas Jump N Splash Party Rentals for their generous support of our Welcome Back Carnival!

They donated the dunk tank and carnival games that brought so much fun to our event and our Harmony families.

Thank you, Texas Jump N Splash, for supporting our school community and helping make our carnival such a special day!

Let them see their name up in lights on the Achievement Marquee! The cost is $20.00. You can wish your Achievement student a Happy Birthday on the school’s marquee for all to see.

Student names and birthdays will be posted a minimum of 3 days during their birthday week. Days may be adjusted to accommodate closing, holidays and school required postings.

Volunteer opportunities are coming up. In order to sign up to volunteer, you need to be a REGISTERED VOLUNTEER.

Follow the steps below to register to be a volunteer. It usually takes about 48 hours to get your application processed. So don't wait, register now!

1. Click on this LINK .

2. Click where it says, HERE.

3. Complete the registration process.

Remember your username and password. (You will need this whenever you sign in to the Partners in Education website.)

Remember to choose Harmony School of Achievement as the campus you would like to volunteer at. After you complete your registration, you will receive 2 emails :

a. acknowledgement of receipt (almost immediately after completion of registration).

b. approval of registration (may take hours or days after registration).

4. Once you receive the notice of approval, you can sign up to volunteer for volunteer opportunities in Partners in Education website.

–When you register to volunteer, you are giving the school permission to conduct a background check to make sure you are eligible to help with student activities.

–You only need to register once. A year after, you will receive an email from Partners in Education asking you to reactivate your registration. Complete the reactivation process if you would like to continue to be eligible to volunteer at our campus.

With Let’s Talk, staying connected has never been easier! Parents can simply choose a topic in the portal and be instantly connected with the right staff member who has the answers they need. Every request is handled by a trusted campus or district team member, so families can count on clear, timely communication every time. Just click the “Contact” link at the top of your campus homepage to start using Let’s Talk—your direct line to Harmony, available anytime!

• Office is closed from 2:30 PM – 3:45 PM
• Last student pick-up is at 2:00 PM

Friday:

• Office is closed from 12:45 PM – 1:45 PM
• Last student pick-up is at 12:00 PM

Please note:

• Doctor’s appointments are not considered emergencies. If you need to pick up your child after the listed times, you must contact the front office in advance. Late pick-ups will require administrative approval.
• No lunch drop-offs will be accepted after 10:00 AM.
