The remaining MCAS testing dates for this year are listed below. Remember - the best way for students to prepare for these tests is to get a good night's sleep and have a healthy breakfast!
- Science grade 8 - Tuesday & Wednesday, May 14-15
- Math grades 7, 8, and 10 - Tuesday & Wednesday, May 21-22
- Civics grade 8 (part 2) - Thursday, May 30
- High School Biology - Tuesday & Wednesday, June 4-5
While the vast majority of parents/guardians are following our drop-off guidance, a few are not. Please note that we ask that students NOT be dropped off in the front parking lot or the circle before the school day begins! All drop-offs should occur in the student parking lot, near the auditorium entrance, unless a student has a legitimate medical issue cleared by the nurse. Thank you for your help in maintaining a safe and well-flowing traffic pattern before school.
Congratulations to Valerie Molino for earning 3rd Place in the IEEE county wide scientific writing program! Valerie competed with all the high schools in Berkshire county and won for her paper titled "Indoor Plants Are Wildly Beneficial To One's Body and Mind". She has earned a cash prize and will present her paper at the annual banquet next month.
