Parents:
We finished our first full week and it was BUSY!! Here are some of our highlights:
*Altruismo earned the most house points last week. Congrats to the snakes!
*Mrs. Thibodeaux's class earned the "Golden Broom" for having the cleanest room
*Small groups are already starting!
*We are calling home for our Bison Spotlights!

*We sorted our new students into Houses today!!

What time does my child need to be in the classroom? In their classroom by 8:10 am
What bus does my child ride? Check the Smart Tag app for bus routes and times (more info below)
What should my child wear? All KISD students are expected to follow the Katy ISD dress code. (see below for details)
Can I drop off ...? Please refer to the attached list above for approved times and items.
Where does my child enter?
- Car Riders, Bikers & Walkers: main doors. Car rider line gate closes at 8:05 am
- All bus riders will enter from the bus drop-off zone.
- SPED Car riders: Pink car tag required. Enter through the staff parking lot and follow the crossing guard directions.
How do I pickup my child?
- Car Riders:
- Please, do NOT get out of your car. Pull in the line and follow the flow of traffic.
- Hang Dismissal Tag in rearview mirror.
- Follow the map for the car rider pick up line.
- Walkers: Please be at their designated location by 3:10 at the latest with Dismissal Tag.
- Day Care & YMCA will contact these parents directly.
What about breakfast and lunch? All students get free breakfast and lunch every day at CBE
Where can I get a new dismissal tag? Parent/guardians can email their teacher and we'll send it home with the student.
