Message from Mr. Hall

Happy Friday!

I hope you and your student had a great week!

Bright minds start early! School opens at 7:10 am and enrichment activities run from 7:30 to 7:50 am. These sessions give students small group practice in Math, which is a great opportunity for them to work with me on skills they are missing or need extra support in. Please be sure to get them here on time.

Thank you!

What We Are Learning In Science (Quarterly)

Science - Ecosystem Restoration: Matter and Energy in a Rain Forest

Students use models to investigate why a reforested area of a Costa Rican rain forest is not thriving (energy and matter, systems and system models, cause and effect). Students use evidence to construct oral and written arguments about why the living things in this rain forest ecosystem are not growing and thriving (energy and matter, systems and system models, cause and effect).
