Stewart Parent Star Report

Welcome to a wintery week (finally). Did you know that every student at Stewart has received at least 3 - 200 club tickets? This is a great way for students to be recognized by adults in the building for the awesome work that they do. Currently we are filling up the 200 club board about once a week. Keep up the amazing work STARS!

Here are the three things that you need to know for the week.

1. Please be sure to check your lunch balances. We need your help in making sure that there are no negative balances. If you need help with your lunch balance, please reach out to Ms. Yoho.
2. If you are a parent of a current kindergarten student who would like to be a part of the Chinese Immersion program in 1st grade, please be sure to fill out the following application.
3. If you are a parent of an incoming kindergarten student, please bring in your documents next week to complete registration. The documents that need to be turned in in person are:

• Guardian Photo ID
• Two Proof of Residency (Utility bill, bank statement, etc.)
• Original Birth Certificate
• Immunization Records (We understand you may not have all completed, but please bring current records.)
• (If applicable) Court Documents, Parenting Plan and/or Divorce Decree

Dear Families,

It is time for current kindergarten students to enroll in the Chinese Dual Language Immersion (DLI) Program for first grade! Families who are interested in having their child participate in this program must complete the application using the link below:

Priority registration is open from mid-January through March 1. We strongly encourage families to apply early to ensure the best opportunity for placement.
