Halloween
As part of our commitment to student wellness and maintaining consistent instructional routines, our school will not be observing Halloween through costumes or candy. We appreciate your support in helping us create a focused and healthy learning environment for all students.
Morning Drop-Off
Thank you to everyone who has been following our morning and afternoon drop-off and pick-up routines! Thanks to your cooperation, our lot clears quickly each day. We've also noticed a quiet period between 7:23 and 7:25 when the lot is empty, before it fills up again at 7:35. To ensure students aren’t marked tardy when the bell rings at 7:35, please plan to arrive at Madison by 7:30 each day. Also, for the safety of staff and students, and to support traffic flow, we are asking families not to take a left into morning drop-off between 7:00 and 7:40.
Join the District Advisory Committee!
Are you passionate about your child’s education and eager to have a voice? The District Advisory Committee (DAC) plays a key role in advising the School Board on curriculum development, new initiatives, and important decisions that impact student learning.
We invite parents who want to actively contribute to the educational experience in our district to join the DAC. This is a great opportunity to collaborate with educators, administrators, and community members to help support our schools.
This team meets four times throughout the year, and our first meeting will be on October 28th from 4:30-6:00pm. If you’re interested in learning more or becoming a member, please email Nicole Hansen at nicole.hansen@isd742.org

Could you bring the garbage to the chute or out to the curb? Could you carry things in from the grocery store? Could you invite someone over for a meal or a show?
