Major's Minute
The Lord is good! Our wonderful set up crew and volunteers ready to enjoy the day planned for the community. I have to admit the whole time of planning, I was wondering if people would come to this event. Would we make an impact? Did we put our money and time to good use? At 10:15 am when one family came trickling in we were a little unsure .. but shortly after that more people came and the energy was amazing!!
Yes, the hot dogs were grilled to perfection, the bounce house, mini bumper cars, games, prizes, square dancing, and music were all amazing ... but God's presence was just among us! To God be all the glory! Please pray that the roughly 150 people who came through that day to enjoy the sunshine were blessed and we'll see them again!
Thank you again to all the volunteers who helped in the beginning, middle and end!!
