Welcome back CLE Families! We have had a great start to the 24-25 school year! As we wrap up our first week, I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for your support and enthusiasm. I know there have been some pains with new times and procedures but soon they will feel normal and we will all adjust. It has been wonderful to see our students return with such energy and eagerness to learn.

Our teachers and staff have been working hard to ensure a smooth transition and it's been wonderful to witness the positive start we have had. We look forward to building on this momentum and continuing to create an engaging and supportive environment for all of our students.

Thank you for your partnership and for entrusting us with your child's education. Here's to a fantastic school year ahead!

As we welcome the school year we are welcoming new procedures and new times. Please keep the following in mind:

• No check outs after 3:00. This is an adjustment from 3:15. In order for us to efficiently call your child to the office, no check outs can occur after this time.
• The district has set new instructional times for the 24-25 school year. Students enter the classroom at 7:45. Instruction begins at 8:00. Instruction ends at 3:15. Buses run earlier in the mornings (about 10 minutes) and later in the afternoons (15-20 minutes).
• Any student not riding a bus must be dropped off in the car rider line. No Walk Ups. We have adjusted our morning drop off time to 7:20-7:50. We hope this helps our line run more smoothly in the mornings.
• The car rider line gate closes at 7:50. If you arrive on campus at this time or later you must park and walk your child to the front door. For safety reasons DO NOT send your child.
• The tardy bell rings at 8:00. If your child arrives at or after this time you must walk them in and sign them in. They will take a tardy slip and go to class.
• All absence excuses must be received at school the day your child returns from their absence.

If you need to make transportation changes for your child during the day, please email the Ms. Vicki and Ms. Erica in the office at:

You may also email your child's teacher, but they may not see it until the end of the day so please email the office staff to ensure transportation changes are able to be made by the end of the school day prior to dismissal.

Consistent attendance is crucial to your child's academic success. It ensures that students stay engaged, keep up with their work, and build strong relationships with their peers and teachers.

Please support your child's learning journey by ensuring they attend school every day. Your partnership is key to their academic growth and overall well-being.

KINDERGARTEN parents only may walk their students into their newly assigned classrooms this Monday morning, August 26 . The tardy bell rings at 8:00. Students may not go into their classrooms until 7:45.

The CLE PTO invites Kindergarten Parents to stop by the PLC lab after you drop your student off for a boo hoo yahoo breakfast!

Conway Public Schools will be closed on Monday, September 2, 2024 in observance of Labor Day. Classes will resume on Tuesday, September 3.
