Principal Message
Dear Parents and Guardians,
Week two ends with a beautiful day of sunshine, which has lead to most students hiding in the shade. Thank you to all of those who came to our meet the teacher BBQ this week. If you missed the BBQ but want to meet your student's teachers please reach out the school and we will be happy to accommodate you. I also would like to thank the parent volunteers that put on a lovely pancake breakfast for our students on Tuesday, it is always a favorite across the school.
This week saw the start of our new buddy ready program with our 5/6 and k/1 classes. Once a week our either the 5s or 6s will partners with the K/1 to share in the joys or reading. Thank you to Ms. Corcoran and Mr. Brophy for organizing.
Looking ahead to Monday we have some rain in the forecast so I will take this opportunity to remind that we encourage all students to have a change of clothes in their lockers (and maybe 2 changes of socks) as the love of puddles know no age limit. Also a reminder that students should have a dedicated pair of inside shoes that are suitable for gym, this helps us keep our hallways clean and dry, and our students safe.
Have a great weekend everyone.
Sincerely,
Alan Stoyles
Principal
