Welcome Back To School!
Welcome Back from the Judy Center at SES!
It’s that time of year again—and we are thrilled to welcome back students and families for a brand-new school year! We hope you all had a fun, relaxing summer and are ready for the exciting year ahead.
The Judy Center staff is just as excited for our upcoming program year. Over the summer, we welcomed Ms. Jana Boddy as our new Early Childhood Liaison and Playgroup Teacher. Since joining us in June, Ms. Jana has been busy preparing the classroom and making exciting enhancements to the learning environment for young children and their families. We’re also in the process of updating our space with new furniture and look forward to unveiling it soon!
While we count down to the start of the official playgroup calendar, we’ve got some fun August activities planned:
-
August 4 at 5:00 PM – Evening Playgroup
-
August 11 at 9:00 AM – Music & Movement with Ms. Amanda
-
August 12 at 10:00 AM – Trip to the QAC 4-H Fair
This is always a family favorite and a wonderful way to connect with the community.
In addition to our programming, we’ll be participating in the Pre-K/Kindergarten Conferences on August 25 & 26, offering a great opportunity to meet and greet both new and returning families as part of our outreach efforts.
Finally, we hope to see many of you at the SES Meet and Greet on August 27 from 1:00–2:30 PM. Judy Center families are warmly invited to stop by, explore the updated classroom, and receive a brief orientation about what’s to come this year.
We can’t wait to see you all soon!
