Important Reminder: Dues Payments & Electric Service

As we prepare for the upcoming season, we’d like to remind all members about the dues payment schedule and how it affects electric service at the park.

First Half Dues & Electric Service

The first half of dues was due on January 31st. If your dues have not been paid prior to arriving at the park, please note that electric service will not be turned on.

To restore service, any outstanding balance—including applicable late fees—must be paid in full. Additionally, there is a reconnection fee required to have electric service restored once you arrive.

We provide our maintenance team with a list of accounts requiring reconnection. While we strive to restore power within 24 hours, we cannot guarantee a specific timeframe. Some services may be reconnected sooner, and we appreciate your patience as our team works through requests as efficiently as possible.

Second Half Dues Deadline

The second half of dues is due by Tuesday, April 1st.

  • A 30-day grace period will be provided.

  • Late fees begin May 2nd.

  • Electric shut-offs for unpaid accounts will also begin May 2nd.

If dues are not paid by the deadline, a $50 late fee plus interest will be applied. Unfortunately, we are unable to extend the due date.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding your account, please contact the General Manager.

Credit Card Processing Fees

We’ve received questions about credit card processing fees and would like to clarify how they are applied. RBMC offers the convenience of paying dues by credit card or through online systems such as QuickBooks Online. However, both QuickBooks Online and our credit card processor charge transaction fees. To ensure fairness to all members, these processing fees are passed along only to those who choose to pay by credit card or online payment. This policy has been in place for several years and helps ensure that members paying by cash or check are not subsidizing additional transaction costs.

We’re Here to Help

We understand that payment schedules and processing fees can sometimes be confusing, and we’re happy to assist. If you need clarification or have concerns about charges applied to your account, please reach out to the General Manager.

Thank you for your prompt attention to these important matters. We truly appreciate your continued support and look forward to seeing everyone at the park soon!
