Message from Dr. B

Dear RCHS Parents and Families,

I hope everyone enjoyed the long weekend and returned rested and ready for the week ahead.

RCHS Executive Student Leadership Committee: While I was not able to announce our Executive Student Leadership Committee members before the holiday weekend, I am excited to share that the announcement will go out by the end of the day tomorrow. Once students have been notified, we will schedule our first meeting before the end of this week. Thank you to every student who applied. The interest and thoughtfulness reflected in these applications tell me great things about the leaders we have at RCHS, and I look forward to making sure student voice remains part of the decisions we make.

RCHS House Standings: This week's Critter Coin standings are included in the newsletter. Mill House continues to hold the lead, but what excites me most is that more and more students from all four houses are being recognized for demonstrating our We Are RAPP attributes. Every coin earned represents a student choosing to show who we are at RCHS, and that is worth celebrating no matter which house is on top.

First Home Football Game: Our first home football game is this Friday, and I hope to see as many parents and community members as possible in the stands, along with an energized student section cheering on our team. As always, please help us keep the energy positive and upbeat. Our students and players notice, and it matters.

As a reminder, please check your student's teachers' weekly summaries below to see what's ahead in their classes. Thank you for your continued partnership.

Yours truly,

Dr. B
