Welcome Back Clearwater Elementary STEAM Families,

I hope you enjoyed the summer and had an opportunity to spend time with family and friends. My name is Rosa Farfán, Principal at Clearwater Elementary School, and I want to warmly welcome you to the 2025-26 school year! This year is especially meaningful as we celebrate the 10th opening of Clearwater. It is truly a privilege to serve this wonderful community of students, parents, and staff.

The first two days of school were a great success! We kicked off the year by continuing our tradition of rolling out the Blue carpet for our Dolphins. The excitement of returning to Clearwater was felt by everyone!

Thank you parents for your support during student dismissal. The dismissal was one of the smoothest we've had! That is all thank you for your patience and for the common goal of keeping our Dolphins safe!

Please continue to:

Be Patient. Safety and security is our main priority. The pick up process improves each day.
Move up to accommodate more cars when in the pick-up loop.
Stay in your car and do not leave your car unattended when in the pick-up loop (staff will help call for your student).
Kindergarten parents must park in the parking lot and walk to the MPR to pick up their student.

Your students are safe. Teachers and staff stay with students and will wait for you to park your car.

Data Confirmation

Each year parents must complete Aeries Confirmation through our Aeries Parent Portal. Please complete by clicking HERE.

To log in, please use the email the school has on file.

Become a Parent Volunteer This Year

We love having our Clearwater parents involved, and there are many opportunities to make a difference! If you’d like to volunteer in your child’s classroom or join us on field trips this year, please begin the clearance process early by completing the district’s Volunteer Application. Starting now will ensure everything is ready when opportunities arise.

Volunteer Levels

Level 1 – Volunteer on campus only (requires a TB test).
Level 2 – Volunteer on campus and chaperone field trips (requires a TB test and Live Scan/fingerprinting).

Important: Human Resources must fully approve the application before you can volunteer, so don’t wait until right before a field trip to start the process!
