Join the Sheriff's Explorer Program!
The Habersham County Sheriff’s Office Explorer Program is now recruiting students in grades
9–12 who are interested in leadership, teamwork, and community service. This hands-on
program offers structured training, mentorship from law enforcement professionals, and
opportunities to build real-world skills while serving the community. We encourage students
who want to learn more about careers in law enforcement to participate. Applications can be
picked up from the Ninth Grade Academy or the Habersham County Sheriff’s Office. For more information, contact Deputy David Perkins at 762-230-1560
