Neon Dress Down Day Tomorrow!

Students may dress down tomorrow for no additional charge. Please review the dress code for out of uniform days in the handbook. Students whose outfits do not follow these standards will be asked to change.

Volunteers Needed for Centennial Weekend!

Please be on the lookout for volunteer sign-ups for our Centennial Weekend celebration September 24th-28th. Volunteers do not need to be Virtus, so bring out your family members and you can easily earn your full 20 hours for the year!

Cub Scouting at St. Mary's

Looking for an extracurricular activity for your son or daughter for grades K – 5? The trail to Eagle Scout begins with its first step. Please come join the Cub Scouts!

Scouting is best described as “fun with a purpose.” Cub Scouts learn about safety, patriotism, and the outdoors through games, crafts, outings, and other hands-on activities. There will be a special “Join Scouting Night” to restart our Cub Scout Pack on Monday, September 29, 2025, at 6:30 PM at St. Mary of the Assumption School in the multipurpose room (cafeteria). Leaders from the local District will be on hand to assist with completing registrations, discuss next steps, form our dens, and form our committee of volunteers. The attached flyer contains a list of proposed activities for the school year. Even if you have already attended one of our pre-organizational meetings, please plan to attend this meeting with your son or daughter.

For more information, please contact James McFetridge at (919) 745-7796.

Please put your child's name is EVERYTHING that is brought to school. There were several more missing items that we were able to return promptly due to the child's name being clearly visible. Thank you!
