Good morning Husky Families,
Welcome back from Spring Break! We hope you made some special memories with your families!
A slightly belated thank you to all of the volunteers and parents who helped with our STEM Night and Science Fair. From helping kids with their experiments and presentations, to setting up the tables, to making sure our science enthusiast volunteers checked in with each student, your help was invaluable to making this day run smooth. THANK YOU!
We're diving right into the final weeks of the school year, and our Beach Party Spring Fling is coming up soon. There's more below, but highlights for this super fun event:
- Wristbands and tickets are on sale now! Prices will go up at the door, so get them early!
- This annual event requires many hands, so if you'd like to volunteer, sign up here.

☀️🏝️Get ready for one of the most exciting nights of the year — Spring Fling 2026: Beach Party! ☀️🏝️
Join us on Friday, April 24 from 5–8 p.m. at Spring Brook Elementary for a fun-filled evening for the whole family. Spring Fling is our biggest PTA fundraiser of the year and helps support students, families, and staff through programs, events, and school improvements. This year’s beach-themed event will feature games, a DJ dance party, cake walk, airbrush tattoos, balloon artist, concessions, raffle baskets, and more!
Wristbands are currently $15 but will increase to $20 the week before the event and at the door, so be sure to purchase early! Purchase wristbands and tickets here. Tickets can be used for raffle baskets, concessions, face painting, and other activities during the event.
There are many volunteer opportunities - sign up here. Note that there's a separate signup to bring treats for the cake walk.
We hope to see all our Spring Brook families there for a night of fun, community, and school spirit!

A Note from Our Community Relations Chair:
As the PTA looks for new ways to partner with the community to enrich the lives of our students, we are expanding our sponsorship program for events during the 2025-2026 school year.
If your family owns or is connected to a local business and is interested in sponsoring a Spring Brook event, please see the attached letter for more information or reach out to Ellen Muryan.
Dough Raising at Portillo's on April 15
When: Wednesday, April 15, 5 - 8 p.m.
Where: Portillo's, 1992 W Jefferson Ave, Naperville, IL 60540
Please join us in the Multipurpose Room for our monthly all-member PTA meeting. It will be held on Thursday, April 30 from 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. Officer elections will be held at the end of the April meeting.
The board will meet to discuss upcoming plans, events, and more. You can ask questions, and hear from a guest Spring Brook staff member. Can't attend in person? Join via Google Meet.
Help Out with the Spring Fling
The Spring Fling is always a blast, and we can't do it without help from all of you! Join us as a volunteer and help create a great night of beach party fun! Whether you're leading carnival games, serving up tasty treats, or lending a hand with setup and cleanup, your contribution is vital.
