The first student day is Thursday, July 31. Doors open at 8:40 and school begins at 9:00. Our car rider line will begin a few minutes early the first couple days of school. Please be patient as we settle into a new school year.

Parents and guardians are not permitted to enter the building on the first days of school unless they have a need for the office. All staff members will be available to accompany students to their classrooms. Thank you for helping keep our students safe!

Walkers: Front door walkers enter the main door. Back door walkers enter the doors by the fifth grade wing. Please, for the safety of our students, do not park at the Bend Apartments to pick up back door walkers. Additionally, please do not park on Spicewood Drive near the school entrance. This makes it difficult for buses to enter and exit the lot.

Bus Riders: Buses arrive in the front main parking lot from Spicewood Drive. Please, do not use the front parking lot to drop off car riders. Buses will dismiss as they arrive in the afternoon.

Car Riders: Enter the side parking lot from Lombardy Drive/Dave Pulliam Drive. Turn right into our lot and follow the line to the gymnasium. Staff will be there to assist when it is time to drop off at the front door later in the line. Please do not drop off students at the front door unless staff members are present in the lot to let your student out. Our line is very efficient after the first couple days. If you must park due to a special concern, please do so by the gymnasium or by the front cross walk cones.

Students must be registered to have a Chromebook assigned to them. Students in K-2 will receive a device from a cart that will remain at school unless it is sent for eLearning or other purposes. Students in 3-5 will receive a Chromebook and charger. Please make sure these are charged and returned every morning for school. Distribution will happen during the school day beginning August 6. Please read the Student Handbook for information about Chromebooks.

Breakfast – $2.00 / reduced price $.30. If your student is going to eat breakfast, please have them arrive to school as close to 8:40 as possible (if not a bus rider) so they may begin their academic day at 9:00.

Student Ambassadors: Students in grades 3-5 - permission slips are now available. Please let your teacher know if you are interested.

Cross Country: Cross country will begin soon. It is for students in grades 3-5! More information will come home soon!
