Dear Tracy Families,

Please join us at our Family BINGO night tonight, October 23rd! The doors will open at 6:00 p.m. Halloween costumes are encouraged for all students. Please make sure to stop at the book fair during our event, as the proceeds help support our students and PTA.

Next week we will be celebrating Red Ribbon Week with a spirit day on Tuesday, October 27th, where we are asking students to wear red that day. Red Ribbon Week is the nation’s largest and longest-running drug prevention campaign. Thank you for your support!

Our classrooms will have their Halloween parties on Friday, October 30th. A schoolwide indoor parade will be held before the classroom parties. The parade will be uploaded to our Tracy YouTube page so all families can watch. Please call the office if you do not want your child to be part of the virtual parade.

We ask that parents guide their children to use good taste and judgment when planning a costume. Anything suggesting violence or that is gory is not acceptable (fake blood, knives…). No replicas or toy weapons (guns, swords, daggers, hooks, etc.) are permitted in the school or on school property. Halloween Letter 2026

Parent Conference Days are coming up in November, on Monday, November 9th and Tuesday, November 10th. Your child’s teacher will be reaching out over the next few weeks to set up a conference with you.

Please find below a few important reminders:

  • Attendance: If your student will be absent or arrive late, please email mtsdattendance@mtsd.org.

  • School Events: Please check the PTA Event Calendar and PTA Welcome Letter for important dates and upcoming activities. You are more than welcome to Join Tracy PTA. Please follow our PTA at PTA Link.

We encourage all families to call the school at (814) 835-5800 with any questions. We are happy to help and look forward to a wonderful school year!

Yours in Education,

Jeremiah J. Bull

As part of the upcoming renovations to the McDowell Athletic Complex (MAC), a new paver plaza is being planned for the stadium entrance. The Gus Anderson Legacy Plaza will feature engraved pavers that are now available to purchase and customize! All purchases support the renovations, which include necessary updates to the track, bleachers, addition of visitor bathrooms, turf drainage and more.

Leave your mark on the MAC and purchase a paver in honor of an alumni, your graduating class, or yourself! Purchase a paver or make a general donation here: Sponsorships & Naming Rights Opportunities

Curious why the renovations to the MAC are needed? Or where the funding is coming from? Or what the cost breakdown is? Find answers to all these questions at: Millcreek Township School District
