End of Day Changes for your Child
If you need to change how your child is going home at the end of the day, you must contact the office by 2:30 pm. The office will personally communicate to homerooms these changes. These changes would also include situations involving an after school class (for example: your child has soccer so they won't take the bus home).
Do NOT communicate this via email or Talking Points. Why?
- Staff could be out and won't see your message until they return
- Staff may only check their email once a day
If you have a permanent change to their routine, email this to the teachers days in advance of the change and ask for a confirmation from the teacher.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
