THIS WEEK AT TUSTIN HIGH
🏈 Rivalry Week at THS! 🏈
Tiller spirit was on full display during Rivalry Week! From an energetic pep rally to ASB’s Poster the Plaza, students brought the energy all week long. The celebration ended Friday night with a 33–0 Tustin victory over Foothill, keeping the rivalry win streak alive for the fourth year in a row. GO TILLERS!
Freshmen & Senior Rallies
This week, our freshmen and seniors gathered separately for some Tiller spirit and fun!
🔴 Freshmen Rally: Students participated in community- and spirit-building games, scored some T-shirt giveaways, and learned about upcoming events, including the Aloha Dance and Homecoming Game/Dance.
🎓 Senior Rally: Our Class of 2027 celebrated their senior year with Tiller shirt giveaways and a preview of all the exciting activities planned especially for seniors. Seniors and families can stay up to date on important dates, events, and information by visiting the seniorseverything page on the THS website.
Parent Meetings
It was great connecting with our Tiller families at this week’s Title I & ELAC Information Meetings and Parent Portal Workshops! ❤️ We enjoyed sharing information about our school budget, student supports and resources, and tips to help students succeed. STUDENT SERVICES
REMINDERS/RECORDATORIOS
As we begin the school year, we want to remind all students and families about the importance of parking lot and arrival/departure safety.
Whether students are walking to campus, riding an e-bike or bike, being dropped off, or leaving school at the end of the day, everyone plays an important role in keeping our campus safe. Our parking lot and surrounding areas can become very busy with buses, cars, bikes, and pedestrians, so it is important that everyone stays alert and follows the safety expectations.
Please take a moment to review the Four Golden Rules in the flyer below and talk with your student about making safe choices:
- 🚶 Cross only at designated crosswalks.
- 🪖 Wear a helmet when riding an e-bike or bike.
- 📱 Keep your head up and your phone down around traffic.
- 🚲 Walk bikes and e-bikes through the parking lot and keep them off school grounds where riding is not permitted.
These simple reminders can make a big difference. Let’s work together to keep our Tillers safe—getting to school, after school, and every day!
Thank you for helping us create a safe campus for all of our students, staff, and families.
