Our students will continue testing this week but we do have several projects we are trying to complete. There are several fun things we are working on to make the end of year special. If you would like to help, we will be getting together after 11 to get those completed. Any and all help is appreciated!

Greetings from the Principal

HELLO Bulldog families!

I hope everyone has had a great weekend. I can't believe it is May already and we are down to our last 13 days of school. Our first day of KSA went well and we anticipate it will continue to go well this week as we resume testing.

5th grade will test all this week in reading, math, social studies and editing and mechanics. They will then have one more test to take next Monday.

4th grade will test through Wednesday. They will test in reading, math and science.

3rd grade will test through Thursday. They will test in reading and math. Then on Wednesday and Thursday they will take the Naglieri test that helps students qualify for gifted and talented services in 4th grade.

Kindergarten and first grade students will start their iReady testing this week as well. Teachers will notify you of when their class is testing. Please do all that you can to make sure students are at school and on time (7:30AM) during the KSA window. In addition, please try to schedule any necessary appointments after 11AM. Your help with this would be greatly appreciated.

With all that is going on these last few days/weeks, it is very important that students be at school. Of course we will be testing, but we will continue to teach students concepts and skills they need for their next grade level. In addition, we have some fun end of the year events planned that we want all students to be able to participate in.

Make sure you check out the dates below regarding end of the year information. Some of the dates are subject to revision. We will update you through this newsletter as well as the APP as the school year winds down.

Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions.

Respectfully,

Emily Campbell

Principal
