School Medication Pick Up
As we approach the end of the school year, this is a friendly but important reminder regarding your child’s medication currently held in the health office.
Please note the following critical details for picking up these items:
Final Deadline: All medications must be picked up by the end of the last day of school, Wednesday, June 24th.
Important Policy: By law, any medication remaining at the school after June 24th cannot be stored over the summer and will be destroyed.
Safety Requirement: Medications cannot be sent home with students. They must be signed out and picked up by a parent, guardian, or a designated responsible adult.
Plan Ahead for Next Year: When you pick up your child's medication, please grab a copy of the Medication Authorization Form, or download it from the link below. I strongly encourage you to get this completed by your doctor over the summer so your child is ready for the upcoming school year.
