The Literacy, Science, Math, and Instructional Technology department would like to invite you to take part in a vendor demonstration fair for our middle and high schools.

In order to accommodate the busy schedules of our principals and other instructional leaders, the fair is a collaborative effort which will take place from 9AM-4PM with rotating schedules. The vendor booths will be set up in Crim’s cafeteria. In order to give all participants an opportunity to visit and speak directly with each vendor, we ask that you follow the provided cluster schedule. Due to our district’s need to increase literacy in all content areas, we will conduct breakout sessions for reading program demonstrations as listed below. Vendors may provide short demonstrations at their booths.

We would like to give as many vendors as possible the chance to meet with our staff. With that in mind, we expect space to be limited. Each vendor will be given the use of a table.

Vendors should bring everything they need for their display. There will be no tablecloths, table skirts or copy-machine access provided. And please, no giveaways or raffles that exceed a value of $25. There will be very limited access to power supplies. Vendors must bring their own extension cords. Vendors requesting power will be provided with locations close to power outlets based upon when the district receives the RSVP.
