Leadership Message
As we head into our last week of school before November break, the Beatitudes offer a meaningful guide for how we can live and grow together. Jesus calls blessed those who show mercy, work for peace, stand up for what is right, and care for others. Their happiness comes from living with love and purpose, even when that looks different from what the world expects.
Halloween is this Saturday, and on Sunday we celebrate All Saints Day. The saints remind us that holiness is lived in everyday choices: showing kindness, including someone who feels left out, offering forgiveness, and helping those in need. May we look for ways to bring that same spirit into our school and community.
Next week, our three-way conferences will bring students, families, and teachers together to celebrate how much students have learned so far this year and set goals for their next steps. On Friday, we will gather for our Remembrance Day celebration to honour those who serve and those who gave their lives protecting others. As we remember their courage and sacrifice, may we continue to be peacemakers in our own lives.

Hawks Athletics
The busy week for the volleyball teams began on Monday as our Hawks headed to Forest Grove. The girls won an exciting 3 match game, 2-1, while the boys also came away victorious erasing an early 18-5 deficit to win the second set 25-22, winning 2-0. Thursday saw our volleyball teams travel to SCA to continue league play where both teams extended their winning streak, defeating SCA 2-0. The boys improved to 5-0, while the girls sit in second place at 3-1.
Next week sees our teams conclude league play with home matches against Lakeland Ridge; girls game @ 4:00 with the boys game to follow.
Good luck to the teams this weekend as they participate in the Lakeland Ridge Halloween Howler tournament.

Parent Societies
Parent Advisory Council (PAC)
The St. Theresa Parent Advisory Council performs many vital functions for our school community, by helping to facilitate school wide student functions and providing valuable funding to our school via fundraising. Parents involved in the PAC learn about planning and development within the school and are part of the planning process. These roles make their involvement very important to the families, administration and teachers.
