This Week's Note From Mr. Evan Chelman, Principal

Dear Hill-Roberts Families,

Our first full week is behind us and autumn is in the air!

The HRES Welcome Back Night is happening on Thursday, September 29th from 6-8PM. We have decided to try something different this year and try an Open House format. This means that students are welcome to attend and escort their parent/guardian(s) to meet staff and see the classrooms. You can arrive anytime between 6 and 7:45 with a hard end time of 8:00 PM. We will send more information, but we want you to know ahead of time about this change from the past format which included two sessions of presentations by classroom teachers which students typically staying at home. Again, more info to come soon!

Finally, have you downloaded the Attleboro Public School APP on your phone?

Sincerely,

Evan Chelman, Principal

*this will put the Live Feed from the website right in your pocket...not to mention Rooms. Rooms will be the district's new way to communicate directly to families! More to come on this...!

DON'T SAY WE DIDN'T TELL YA! DON'T SAY WE DIDN'T TELL YA!

Starting late next week, you may notice that an additional button, called Rooms, will be visible at the bottom right of our Attleboro Public Schools mobile app. This button is part of our integrated system of communication and will allow for your child’s teachers/coaches/and other staff to share detailed information (assignments, special events, practice schedules, etc.). More information is forthcoming and we will have a table set up at Welcome Back Night.
