Pay Raises Pay Raises

The Jarrell ISD Board of Trustees Meeting has unanimously approved a 3% salary increase for all employees.

"We deeply appreciate our teachers and staff for their commitment and dedication to our students and families. We see how hard they work. On behalf of the Board of Trustees, we thank you and are grateful that we can offer all our staff a three percent pay increase," said Board President Crystal Phalen.

The board discussed the pay raise at a special workshop meeting on Wednesday, June 7th. The pay increase is for the 2023 - 24 school year.

"We see the energy and care our teachers and staff put into making Jarrell ISD a destination district. They work hard to educate the whole child. When students leave Jarrell ISD they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to succeed in their next chapter. We thank all our staff for their commitment to the Cougar family and for ensuring academic success," said Superintendent Dr. Toni Hicks.
