Welcome Ms. Chastity Caesar M.Ed, Principal of Patick Henry Middle School
As we embark on the 25-26 school year, it is with joy, enthusiasm, and excitement to start a new beginning as the Principal of Patrick Henry Middle School. I hold 20 years of International/Domestic educational experience, dual Master's degrees, and a passion to see every student succeed.
I graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelors in General Business with a minor in Management. I then decided to get my Masters degree in Curriculum and Instruction and Education Administration.
I began my career in Channelview for 5+ years teacher English Language Arts /Social Studies/Math/Science, and then to CyFair ISD for 12 years. In addition, I have taught and served as a behavioral specialist, district consultant teacher and administrator domestically and abroad in South Korea. My combined education and career path offer a theoretical and practical bank of resources and viewpoints on what diverse learning populations need and the passion to make sure all students receive what is necessary to be successful.
It is my hope is to pour back into the community the hope and vision for excellence that was instilled in me. I am committed to providing Patrick Henry Families with innovative education solutions and setting expectations for all students to be successful
As the mother of an student-athlete, I believe that extra curricular activities and parental engagement are the keys to academic achievement. "The whole child is entrusted to us. We have to show them that the world is theirs and how to achieve their wildest dreams. If it happens in my home then it will be so for every child on every campus that I am blessed to serve!
I look forward to building strong relationships with students, staff, parents, and the community. Together, we will set high expectations for our Patriots and provide the support they need to reach their maximum potential! I am so excited to be a part of this transformation and being a part of the Phenomenal Patrick Henry Family!

3 A's Focus - Academics, Attendance & Attitude
As we move toward the beginning of the 25-26 school year, I want to take a moment to emphasize the importance of what we call the "Three A's" at our school: Academics, Attendance, and Attitude. These core values are essential to every student's success — not just in middle school, but in life.
Academics
Academic growth is at the heart of our mission. Whether it's mastering math, strengthening reading skills, or exploring science and social studies, we want every student to strive for their personal best. We encourage parents to stay engaged by checking grades, supporting homework routines, and communicating with teachers when needed.
Attendance
Consistent attendance lays the foundation for learning. When students are in school every day for each class period, they are more connected to their teachers, peers, and learning routines. Please help us by encouraging your child to be on time and ready to learn each day.
Attitude
A positive attitude makes a powerful difference. We are committed to fostering a school culture of respect, responsibility, and resilience. With your support, we can help our students approach challenges with confidence and treat themselves and others with kindness.
Transportation
Please click the picture to fill out the form if you have transportation needs. To guarantee transportation for the first day of school, families must submit the survey by 7/28. Students who received transportation last year are assumed to need transportation again unless families complete the survey and opt out. However -- the request remains that parents fill out the survey for the 25-26 school year. This link is the only way parents can request transportation services.
Visitors for the 25-26 School Year
At Patrick Henry, we strive to build a strong relationship with students, parents/guardians, families and members of the community to help create a safe and stimulating learning environment for our students. All stakeholders are expected to treat our staff with courtesy and respect at all times - in person, online, or on the phone. Abusive language, harassment, intimidation, or disrespect will not be tolerated.
Lets work together to model kindness and respect for our children. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and supportive school community.
