COMMUNICATION NIGHT - THURSDAY (10/22)
4:00-6:00 PM (Scheduled Time)
6:00-7:30 PM (Drop-In Time)
No virtual sessions--everything is in person.
Appointments must be pre-scheduled through ParentVUE. To make an appointment with a teacher:
- Sign in to ParentVUE (you will need to know teacher names (schedules in ParentVUE))
- Click on “Conferences”.
- Select a time (you are only able to select ONE time slot per teacher). Time slots may fill up quickly and a few teachers will be unavailable that evening.
- Click the ‘email me’ button to receive a confirmation of your scheduled time and teacher.
If you are unable to get a time slot, email the teacher to set up an alternative way to receive information (e.g. phone call, email update, etc.).
During Communication Night, National Honor Society students will offer free “Communication Childcare” for younger children (preschool–elementary) while parents meet with teachers.
The childcare will include games and activities in Room 40 Flex Space (downstairs from Business & Marketing). Parents must remain in the building, be reachable by cell phone, and ensure children are healthy, bathroom-independent, and able to behave appropriately. To help us staff safely (3 kids per caretaker), please sign up in advance—but walk-ins will also be accepted, if space allows.
FRIDAY (10/23) - DURING THE SCHOOL DAY
To support the blood drive and bring awareness to life saving donations, NHS encourages staff and students to wear red on Thursday (10/22).
See Ms. Espy (room 202) or Ms. Johnson (room 228), for sign up details and questions.
