Welcome to December!
Dear Families,
I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving and break! We are very excited to head into a BUSY yet SPECIAL time of the year - the month of December! We have several things happening this week and next, so PLEASE check out everything below in the newsletter!
Preschool families - please make sure you sign up for our PRESCHOOL HOLIDAY MEAL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Money must be sent to school in advance. We do not take walk-ins or sign ups the day of the event, so you will want to register this week! More info and sign-up link is below.
Holiday concerts will be next week for 1/2 of kindergarten (the other half does spring concerts). Classes and times are noted below.
WOW!!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH for clearing almost all of our Amazon list of treats for our staff. WE ARE SO APPRECIATIVE!!!!!!!!! We just need a few items noted below.
Our holiday family night, NORTH POLE AT NORTH PARK, will be THIS THURSDAY (December 4th) from 6:00-7:30. More info below!

We LOVE seeing students reading at home with their families!!!! The December reading tree leaves should be coming home ASAP, and you can print out from the link below as well! If you need more, just let your teacher know. READ TOGETHER AS A FAMILY! Your student earns a cool holiday-themed sticker.

Portrait of a Learner
Our Portrait of a Learner focus this month is PERSONAL CHAMPION. We want all of our students to set goals, work hard and work to control emotions as well. These are ways our students can be a personal champion at school!

Holiday Concerts
Please see the classrooms below who will be participating in the Winter Holiday Concerts (the other half of kindergarten performs in the spring):
These concerts will be at 9:00AM in the school cafeteria. We will record them for HCEC-TV and live stream as well.
