Transportation Changes Transportation Changes

If your child has a transportation change, please send a written note to your childโ€™s teacher that morning. The note should include:

  • The date
  • A phone number where you can be reached
  • Clear transportation instructions for that day

For student safety, transportation changes cannot be accepted by phone. Please also try to avoid sending transportation changes through email or messages, as teachers may not be able to check them during the school day. In the event of an emergency, please call the school office.

We encourage families to keep transportation plans as consistent as possible. Predictable routines help ensure a safe, smooth, and efficient dismissal process.

Thank you for your understanding and partnership in keeping our students safe.

Please visit the ParentSquare page on the district website to learn more. The app is a great way to stay informed when inclement weather results in changes to the school schedule.
