If you are participating in any of the following activities this winter, you need to have a ND Sports Physical on file prior to the season starting or you will not be able to participate or try out:
Boys/Girls hockey and wrestling season starts November 9th
Boys/Girls basketball season starts on November 23rd
Boys swim and dive season starts on November 30th
Please reach out to your head coach if you have any questions on pre-season requirements.
Spartans: Our first Proficiency Day is Friday, October 30. Learners whose teachers determine they are in danger of not passing a course will be required to attend that class on that day. Your teachers will let you know if you need to attend. Be proactive now! Use Spartan Period and your teachers’ 6th Assignment periods to get help, complete missing assessments, and prepare for reassessment.
Attention girls hockey players! If you are interested in trying out this season, there will be an interest meeting on Wednesday, October 28th in room 352 at 4:15 pm. If you have any questions or are unable to attend, please see Coach Barvels or Mr. Dougherty.
Attention Art Club: After school on Wednesday, we will be carving pumpkins in the art room. Please plan to bring your own pumpkin for this activity. Carving tools will be provided. See you then!
If you are interested in becoming a member of the North High Wrestling Team, show up and visit with Coach Maughan at the open mat workouts on Tuesday & Thursday after school at 4:15 PM in the Wrestling Room.
Attention Spartans: Please make sure to check the lost and found for any missing items by Proficiency Day (Friday, October 30). Any items not picked up by Friday will be donated or thrown away.
