Bingo Sets

Pre-purchase a set of four bingo cards for $5! It is recommended that each person has their own set of 4 game cards (so a family of 4 should buy 4 sets of game cards).

Daubers

We will have daubers for sale for $2. It is recommended to have 1 per person. Don’t want to buy a dauber? ...no worries, we’ll also have crayons!

Concessions

Concessions will also be available for $1. There will be drinks, chips, popcorn and candy. We also have a PTO Restaurant Night at Modern Market, so you can grab dinner before or after Barnyard Bingo!

Opportunity Tickets

We have several AMAZING Baskets that could be yours! Purchase Opportunity Tickets to for the opportunity to win! One ticket for $1 or 15 tickets for $10.

Volunteer

We need volunteers and concessions. Sign up to volunteer and provide food donations here to earn yourself a free bingo pack and reserved seating!

Each year, The Foundation for Douglas County Schools honors exceptional educators and staff who are inspiring a love of learning in students and are trailblazing extraordinary innovation in our schools. Over the years, the annual Apple Awards has grown to engage the entire community, bringing in thousands of nominations every year for teachers and staff members across our school district.

Nominations for the 2026 Apple Awards began September 15. Be sure to visit this webpage to submit your nomination(s) between September 15 and October 20!

Thank you so much for your support so far in the K-2 art show. The show will run through Monday. As a reminder, your child’s framed art is $15 and payable by the QR code on the wall near their art. This is a fundraiser for the art program, as we go through MANY consumable art supplies throughout the school year. If you missed purchasing your student’s work at their conference, you can still do so! After you pay (at this link), email me (eamyers@dcsdk12.org) and I will make sure you get their framed art!

If you have students in other grades, don’t worry! They will have art shows as well. During winter conferences, 3rd and 4th grade art for purchase. 5th and 6th graders will have the choice to participate in the art market during Morning with Mom in April..

We HIT IT OUT OF THE PARK with our Fund Run fundraising! To celebrate our accomplishment, please wear your ROCKIES GEAR TOMORROW for our baseball-themed Fund Run prize assembly! Tomorrow during the assembly, we will reveal how much money we raised with the Fund Run, and we have a lot of baseball FUN planned to celebrate. Please be SURE to complete the permission slip as soon as possible! Thank you so much for your support! If you did NOT receive a permission slip and believe your child should be on our LIMO list, please let us know ASAP by calling the office!
