The check-in portion of our circles allow us to self evaluate how we are feeling. We hope to communicate that all feelings are normal. What we do when we are overwhelmed with big feelings is important. We can cope with our feelings in positive or negative ways. We practice regulation skills as a part of our circles so when our brains are overwhelmed with big feelings we have a toolbox of regulation skills to select from so we can help our brain regulate in a positive way. Follow these 3 steps next time your brain is feeling dysregulated.

Thank you UTEP and EPCC Admissions personnel and our High School College Readiness Counselors for assisting to ensure our seniors had an opportunity to register for College classes.

• Sunday, May 17th- Senior grades due midnight.

• Monday, May 18th- Senior grade verification reports, missing grade reports, etc.

• Tuesday, May 19th -May 20th- ensure final Dual Credit Grades added to transcript. Review for accuracy.

• Thursday, May 21st-May 22nd- Amanda will lockdown grade book- run final senior ranking report at Lead Counselor request.
• Final SENIOR Ranking List Due May 22nd as per Mr. Littlejohn.

• May 26th-29th- senior clearance with school counselors. Each student MUST meet with their school counselor to clear before walking.
