Fifteen WHS students recently returned from the Business Professionals of America National Leadership Conference in Orlando, FL, where they competed along with over 6,000 students from across the globe in business and technology-related contests. Five students returned as national award winners including one national champion!

National award winners are:

Isabelle Grochowski 1st place, Advanced Office Systems and Procedures 5th place, Legal Office Procedures

Lucy Ostola 2nd place, Legal Office Procedures

Kaya Etelamaki 3rd place, Legal Office Procedures

Gavin Comero 7th place, Fundamental Accounting

Forms are available for pick in the high school office. The deadline for turning them in is Thursday, May, 29th at 3:00 pm. Attached are the guidelines to qualify for exam exemptions.

All school districts in Michigan are required to share the Sexual Harassment and Information Guide with students in grades 6-12. I have attached the information guide as and some additional informaton including the districts Title IX coordinator information and specific school policies related to sexual harassment and sexual assault.
