💟 Eagles Rally to Support Eagle with Hat Fundraiser!
Thursday was a special day of support across Argyle ISD helping an Eagle family! The district showed its support for 2017 Argyle grad, resident and Fort Worth Firefighter Caleb Halvorson by wearing hats to school and making a donation to the family!
Argyle ISD campuses and the administration building raised over $7,200 in support of the Halvorsons. All donations will go directly to the Halvorson family.
Earlier this month, Caleb Halvorson suffered severe injuries and burns battling a fire. His family is also dealing with the medical hardship of their young newborn son Hudson, who is currently in a Fort Worth Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
We are so grateful for our caring students, staff and community that rallied together to support the former Eagle! Thank you to all those who contributed. We are wishing all the best for Caleb's recovery and the improving health of their young son.
👏 Soaring Star Students: Hill Heroes at Hilltop!

Brandt Brobston
Lawson Crabtree
These fourth grade Hilltop students showed initiative, responsibility, heart and pride in their facilities. They helped pick up trash that was left behind on the hill at Eagle Stadium near the end of an Eagles football game. No one asked them, no one suggested this to them...they saw the need and acted. On Thursday, they were rewarded with a pizza lunch in Officer Velo's office!
Well done, Eagles!!
🦅 Superintendent Hosts First Student Advisory Council Meeting
Argyle ISD Superintendent Dr. Courtney Carpenter held her first Student Advisory Council meeting of the 2025-2026 school year. The council includes 20 students from grades 6-12.
It was a great kickoff meeting that included conversations about topics impacting students. They discussed the new cell phone rule, pep rallies, ID badges, new mascots/colors for high school #2 and the classroom experience.
These students provided great conversation, asked questions and shared important feedback for Dr. Carpenter and members of the leadership team. The student council will meet four times with the Superintendent during the year. Special thanks to Eagle Partner Papa John's for providing pizza for the students.
Dr. Carpenter started the council last year to have conversations with students and get feedback about the educational experiences in Argyle ISD.
