Helping Your Child Finish the School Year Strong

As we approach the end of the school year, we want to thank you for your continued support and partnership. This is an exciting but often busy time for students, and your encouragement makes a big difference in helping them finish the year successfully.
Here are three simple tips to support your child in these final weeks:

Maintain a Routine: Consistent bedtimes, study times, and morning routines help students stay focused and energized during the school day.

Stay Organized: Encourage your child to keep track of assignments, upcoming tests, and important dates using a planner or calendar.

Offer Encouragement: A few kind words or a reminder of how far they’ve come can go a long way in boosting motivation and confidence.

📝 Absence Reporting Protocol:
If a student must miss school, here are the following guidelines:
- A written excuse, signed by a parent or guardian, must be presented to the student's teacher on the day they return after an absence.
- For absences due to extended illnesses or students who have missed more than ten days of school, a statement from a healthcare practitioner may be required.
Si un estudiante debe faltar a la escuela, aquí están las siguientes pautas:
- Se debe presentar una excusa por escrito, firmada por un padre o tutor, al maestro del estudiante el día que regresa después de una ausencia.
- Para ausencias debido a enfermedades prolongadas o estudiantes que han perdido más de diez días de escuela, es posible que se requiera una declaración de un médico.
