PRES Chili Supper

We can accept class basket donations, Bingo prizes, Silent Auction donations and 2 liters any time! Please wait until the week of the Chili Supper to send in desserts. We can accept those up until the day of the event! (9/28)

Check out our volunteer sign up for our annual Chili Supper. We need all the family support we can get to make this fun event for our kids and community.

Remember, new this year, there will be a chance to win drawing (3 drawings total) for $100 cash for our family volunteers who work at least 2 hours!

Every family volunteer will receive a chance to win ticket for every 2 hours (or more) that they work AND the grade level with the most family volunteers will get a special party for their entire grade from the PTO!

**We are happy to have any member of your family volunteer, however we do ask that if it's a middle school aged student that they are accompanied by an adult for their volunteer shift. Our Middle Schoolers are just a bit too close in age to many of our older elementary aged students to be able to lead a station effectively.

The Chili Super is our one and only fundraiser at PRES each year (and a super fun family event). All the money raised from the Chili Supper goes directly back to our students and staff. Here are just a few of the highlights

Students:

• new playground equipment pieces (coming this fall)
• 2 field trips a year at no expense to the family
• school wide assemblies
• Growth Mindset awards and treats
• Holiday gift from PTO
• popcorn parties and special holiday treats/events throughout the year

Staff:

• meals provided at parent teacher conferences
• treat cart supplies (STUCO helps pass these out to teachers and staff)
• holiday gift from PTO
• treats for American Education Week and Staff Appreciation Week
