An email will be sent with your Enrollment Portal username, along with the steps required to register.
Registering Using Canvas Pop-Up or Static Button
If you are both the Learning Coach and your student's legal guardian, you can simply indicate your choice by clicking on the "Re-Registration Portal" button in your Learning Coach canvas account.
Beginning March 10th a Pop Up will appear, reminding students & LCs to re-register.
Clicking on the Pop-up button or the static "Registration Portal" button will take you to this screen, where you click "Enroll Now" to get the process started.
Enrollment Portal
Upon logging into the Portal, the legal guardian will see all their students' applications & messaging regarding Re-Registration.
Click the "Get Started" button
Once the legal guardian has clicked to get started, the dashboard will update with the Re-Registration progress bar, and they can click to continue.
A pop-up window will appear that will require the family to answer the question:
Would you like to Re-register your student?
They can select Yes, No, or Undecided.
The next step for is to confirm if the student is living at the same address.
If they are, they can select yes and move on. If not, they will select no and be prompted to enter their new address.
Once the family has entered their new address, or if they selected that their address has not changed, they will be prompted to answer any Registration questions required.
Once they complete the Re-registration survey, they will be prompted to submit documents.
If a family returns to the dashboard at any point, the student’s application will prompt them to pick up where they left off.
Once all documents are submitted, the family will see a message about their documents being confirmed.
When the student reaches approval, this will be reflected on the dashboard.
If they have additional documents to submit or want to review their submissions, they will have a button to return to the document submission page.
District Questions
Resident school district is the district you live in.
Current school district is Quillayute Valley
It will seem like you are transferring out of the school, but really you will need to get another Choice Transfer Request for the 26-27 school year from your local school district, so it asks why you are transferring, this is just a confirmation that you are staying at ISWA and need a Choice Transfer Request.

Did You Get Asked About Grade Level?
Incorrect Prompts in the Portal:
If you are being asked to select a school or next grade level, you are likely starting a new enrollment instead of re-registering your current student(s).
This is often due to using an email address that is not tied to the student’s enrollment record.
