Wolf Pack Staff Shoutout: Courtney Simpson-Pilgrim
CES Registrar & Student Services Secretary
This week, we are proud to celebrate Courtney Simpson-Pilgrim, whose compassion, reliability, and professionalism make her an essential part of Coupeville Elementary.
Often the first person families and visitors meet when they enter CES, Courtney sets the tone for our entire school with her warmth, kindness, and welcoming presence. Whether she is greeting students, supporting staff, tracking attendance, or managing countless behind-the-scenes tasks, she approaches every responsibility with care and excellence.
“Courtney greets families, students, and staff with a warm and caring presence. She shines with her fabulous interpersonal skills and can-do attitude.”
Her colleagues consistently praise her ability to remain calm and focused, even in the busiest moments.
“She keeps a cool head and steady perspective in the most stressful situations.” “She handles chaos with poise, a kind smile, and professional precision.”
Courtney’s organization and dedication ensure that no student falls through the cracks. She collaborates closely with staff, anticipates needs, and always goes the extra mile to find answers and solutions.
“She has an answer for every question and will go above and beyond to help.” “She makes every person feel seen, important, and valued.”
Beyond her professional excellence, Courtney is known for her genuine care for others and her constant encouragement.
“You bring out the best in all of us.” “You remind us to take care of ourselves as well as others.”
CES is a stronger, kinder, and more connected place because of Courtney’s steady presence and generous heart. We are incredibly grateful for all she does for our students, families, and staff.
Thank you, Courtney, for being the calm in the storm, the friendly face at the front desk, and a true pillar of our school community.
