RESOURCES RESOURCES

#mindfulAISD YouTube Playlist

We finally have a mindfulness YouTube playlist! It's just the beginning, but there are 3 videos explaining different mindful breathing techniques. There are plans for more videos with students leading the exercises because those would be much better than the ones with me leading the exercises. :) Special shout out to Judd Absher at Highland Park for recording, editing and uploading these videos for us.

If y'all want to record your students doing mindfulness activities for the playlist, please send them to me so I can put them on there.

**You can add these YouTube videos to your GoNoodle account so you can use these videos to make your champ stronger!

Pokemon Poses (created by AISD 3rd graders)

List of Pokemon Poses created by AISD Students

Mrs. Garcia's 3rd graders at Cunningham created Pokemon Yoga Poses for Market Day last week and they wanted to share their creativity and hard work with y'all. Creating poses and incorporating mindful breathing with the poses is such a great way to make mindfulness fun and easily practiced by all. Nicely done!
