Dear Parents,

We hope you had a wonderful and relaxing fall break! We truly missed our students and are excited to welcome everyone back. As we return, we look forward to continuing our partnership with you to support strong and consistent attendance. Your involvement makes such a positive difference, and we appreciate all you do.

This month will be an exciting one. Students will be participating in several middle-of-the-year assessments that help us see their growth and guide our instruction moving forward. We are also preparing for our much-anticipated winter concert, which is always a joyful highlight of the season.

The next three weeks promise to be busy, fun, and fast-paced as we move toward winter break.

Thank you, as always, for your continued support and encouragement. We are grateful for our school community and look forward to a wonderful month ahead!

Dear Parents,

We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth morning routine for all our students.

Please note that morning drop-off begins at 7:20 AM. We ask that you do not bring your child before this time, as there will be no personnel on duty to supervise before 7:20 AM.

Students should enter through the cafeteria doors, located on the far west side of the building. You may pull up to the designated drop-off curb, as shown in the attached image, to let your children off safely. Please remember that parking is not allowed in this drop-off zone.

If you prefer to park and walk your child to the door, feel free to use any available area in the parking lot. Kindly use designated crosswalk areas for safe crossing.

For security reasons, parents are not allowed in the building during morning drop-off. If you need to see the secretary or have other business, please proceed to the front door and ring the doorbell.

Thank you for your understanding and support in keeping our mornings organized and safe!

If your child arrives late, please ring the doorbell at the school's front entrance.

During dismissal, all parents need to park and walk up to the designated waiting areas according to grade levels (please refer to the attached map). Students will not be allowed to walk through the parking lot without an adult present. If you arrive late for pick-up, please collect your student from the front office.

Breakfast

• Breakfast will be served from 7:20-7:50 am in the cafeteria. All students receive a free breakfast and lunch.

if you are unable to speak to someone, please leave a detailed voicemail with your name, your child's first/last name, the name of the school, the date of the absence, and the absence reason.

Note: Absences cannot be excused after 48 hours.

If you are needing to pick up your student early, you can still call the front office when you are on your way at 575-812-6100.
