Wolfpack Weekly Grades 4 -12

All late arrivals and early dismissals will continue through the main entrance of the 4-6 building at the greeter desk. Please do not come to the upper school to drop off or pick up.

We had a great first week of carline! Thank you for your patience and flexibility as we learn the new procedures, train staff, and make adjustments to keep traffic moving safely and smoothly.

A few important reminders:

AM Carline

• Students should not exit their cars before 7:05 a.m. A staff member will prompt students to exit beginning at 7:05 to help prevent a backup onto State Road.

• Students dropped off between 7:05–7:15 a.m. will wait outside until the doors open at 7:15. Please note that staff is still arriving and there is no direct supervision.

• Grades 4–6: Main doors under the overhang

• Grades 7–12: Through the gate and down the sidewalk to the Upper School.

• Please have students remain in the car until you are along the designated sidewalk.

• Please do not pull around another vehicle unless a staff member directs you to do so. We know everyone is trying to get where they need to go, but passing vehicles can create safety concerns and disrupt traffic flow.

PM Carline

• Beginning next week, PM carline will begin at 2:20 p.m.

• Please do not enter the lot and line up before 2:05 p.m. We need the lot clear for visitors and deliveries.

• Students in grades 7–12 take a little longer to make their way to carline, so we appreciate your patience as we coordinate dismissal between divisions.

Mums are $10 each and are available in red, orange, yellow, purple, and bronze. You can choose your preferred color and quantity when placing your order.
