Building Healthy Communities
November is National Roasting Month!

This type of cooking enhances flavor and is a healthy alternative to other methods like frying. Check out BHC’s parent tip sheets featuring tips on Roasting Veggies and the benefits of eating Roasted Veggies!
This November our daily announcements will focus on ‘Fruits and Vegetables’ and ‘Eating a Rainbow’. Check out BHC’s parent tip sheets featuring Fruit Forward and Shop by Season!
