KMS NEWSLETTER

Dear KMS Families,
The school year is wrapping up quickly, and we have a fantastic lineup of events to celebrate all the hard work our students have put in! From Field Day and grade-level trips to the 8th Grade Class Night, Yearbook Signing, the KMS Talent Show, our annual Multicultural Festival, and of course -- Crab Fest—it’s going to be a fun and memorable finish to the year.
With all this excitement, we want to remind you to complete re-enrollment for next school year if you haven’t already. You can find instructions and the online form here:
https://www.kibsd.org/current-student-re-enrollment/
Please also keep in mind that students who receive office referrals may not be eligible to participate in some of these upcoming events. As we all count down to summer, let’s work together to make sure every student finishes strong and can enjoy all the end-of-year celebrations.
Thanks for your continued support!
Rena Rankin, Principal
Judith Bruns, Assistant Principal

Dear KMS 8th Grade Families,
As we wrap up another great year at Kodiak Middle School, there are a number of activities and events for your 8th grader. Please note student participation may be dependent upon behavior. Office referrals for Tier II or Tier III behavior concerns starting May 6 may disqualify students from attending that event.
See attached document below for dates and opportunities.
**Translated online, please contact KMS office if you have questions.
