What's Happening In Waterville
The first full week of school is under our belts! Whew! I know students and staff are all worn out and ready for a three day weekend! We hope you have a safe and restful weekend!
Colts Round Up begins on Monday, September 8th. It runs Monday through Thursday from 3:30-5:30 pm. More details below with dates that we do not have Colts Round Up. There is still time to sign your child up if you haven't done so!
Waterville Grade School Individual Pictures: This year, Waterville Grade School will have our individual and class pictures taken by Courtney D Photography! We are excited for this opportunity. For fall pictures, we will only take individual pictures, and in the spring we will take both individual and class pictures. Our fall picture day is Friday, September 12th. More details and how to order pictures will be sent home soon.
Safety: Please continue to use the crosswalk when crossing the street. The drop off area can become quite congested in the mornings, so please drive with caution and use the round-about to turn around instead of making "u turns". Thanks!

We’d like to remind families to discuss a safe route to school with your students. Whether it is on foot, bike, or a car we want everyone to arrive to and from school safely! For students on foot and bike remember that the safest crossings are at Chestnut & Highway 77 in Blue Rapids and Minnesota & Highway 77 in Waterville.
These crossings are monitored both before and after school.
