Weekly Message
Good Afternoon!
We had a great week here at Jerome! As a part of "You Are Loved" Week we did a Gratitude Booth for staff and students to share the love. (Click the image to watch.)
Have a wonderful weekend and hope you are able to spend it with all of your loved ones!
Mike
Better Together: Braden Sumption
Shout Out to Braden Sumption, a senior at Jerome who supported a fellow student with a medical emergency when traveling back from Emerald Campus. Braden was calm under pressure, called 911 and ensured they got the medical attention they needed.
We are proud of you Braden thanks for your selfless and courageous act.
🚨THE MAIN THINGS🚨
You Are Loved Week--Thank you!
Thank you to our HopeSquad, PTO and Staff who helped bring a little bit of love to Jerome this week! We ended the week with stickers of encouragement and a Cheryl's cookie for all--EVERYONE DESERVES A VALENTINE ON VALENTINE'S DAY!
Drop-Off & Pick Up Reminders
As a reminder please follow the traffic patterns on both sides of the building. We have had several reports of cars swerving in lanes and/or entering areas that are for exit only. If you are dropping off or picking up please allow yourself extra time and be mindful we have students that are entering/exiting the building.
A few extra minutes to keep everyone safe should be our priority. We will be monitoring the lots to ensure we are meeting these expectations. Thank you for your assistance with this.

Upload Absence Documentation via Campus Parent Portal
Dublin City Schools families now have a new, convenient option for submitting absence documentation through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. Receive a medical note after reporting your child’s absence? Instead of sending a paper copy or a separate email, simply log in and upload it directly to the existing request.
After logging in, select More and then Absence Request. Click View Requests, locate the prior absence in the list, and open it. From there, select Upload Document and choose your file.
Using this feature saves paper, eliminates an extra trip to the office and reduces additional emails to attendance secretaries. It is a small step that helps streamline processes across Dublin City Schools. We appreciate families taking advantage of this new option to support efficient, timely communication.
Do you own a business and want to connect with students?
The Work in Dublin Student Job Fair is March 20. Once again this year Dublin City Schools is partnering with the Dublin Chamber of Commerce to present the Work In Dublin Student Job Fair.
