A Message from Principal Anita O'Neill
June 14, 2026
Dear Coyote Community,
Happy Sunday!
As we head into the final week of the 2025–26 school year, here are a few important reminders:
- Wednesday, June 17: Full day of school for students
- Thursday, June 18: Last day of school and an early release day for all K–12 students
- Friday, June 19: Systemwide closure—all MCPS schools and offices will be closed
Final report cards will be available in ParentVUE by Monday, June 29 and will be mailed home by Tuesday, June 30.
This will be our last weekly newsletter until mid-August. Any time-sensitive information will continue to be shared through ParentSquare and Synergy. If your student is registered for summer school, you can expect to receive communication from the summer school team in the coming weeks.
As we close out another incredible school year, I want to thank our students, families, and staff for making Clarksburg such a special community. I truly enjoy seeing our students each day and will miss them over our all-too-short summer break.
I hope you and your family have a relaxing, safe, and joyful summer. We look forward to welcoming everyone back in August for another outstanding year at Clarksburg High School.
Happy Summer!
Ms. O'Neill
