Dear Julian Curtiss School Families,

At Julian Curtiss, we encourage your child to read often and to read widely. Won't you join us in making reading a priority? You can do this in two simple steps:

1. Click on, sign and submit the permission form so that your child may borrow books from the Library Learning Commons at JC.
2. Join us in teaching your child to respect and care for the books they borrow by keeping them in a "safe place" at home and returning them on time each week in original condition, so that your child may exchange their book for a new one. You child may return the book during their scheduled book exchange day or before/after school any day. The Library Learning Commons is open 7:30 AM - 3:15 PM daily.

Be sure to read often and read widely together with your child.

Estimadas Familias de JC,

En la Escuela Julian Curtiss, nosotros estimulamos a los niños a leer más a menudo y bastantes veces. Podrías ayudarnos y unirse en hacer la lectura una prioridad? Puedes hacer esta en dos pasos simples:

1. Haga click en, firma y envíe esta permiso para que se hijo(a) pueda coger libros prestados de la biblioteca.
2. Juntos, enseña a tu hijo(a) a respetar y cuidar los libros que cogen prestados y mantenerlos en un lugar seguro en la casa y regresarlos a tiempo en la misma condición, para que puedan coger otro nuevo prestado. Su hijo(a) debe de regresar el libro durante su horario de biblioteca, los lunes, o antes y después de la escuela cualquier día. La biblioteca está abierta de 7:30 AM a 3:15 PM diariamente.

Favor de leer más tiempo con su hijo(a) y las veces que sean necesarias.
