District IDEA Documents
All IDEA documents will be emailed to superintendents and their administrative assistants today, February 11, 2026.
IDEA Contract
The IDEA contract in your folder is for the current (2025-2026) school year. It includes your district's IDEA allocation, as well as documentation of any services that you have requested be paid from your IDEA Allocation. Two signatures are required on this document: one on page 2 of the contract, and one on the Addendum that includes your district's allocation.
Notice of Adoption of Policies, Procedures and Use of Funds
This notice needs to be submitted with the IDEA-B grant application for IU 28. There have been no changes to the Policies and Procedures. They can be accessed via the link below. Please sign and return this form to Amy Filipovich.
Coordinated Early Intervening Services (CEIS)
I have not been notified that any of the districts in IU 28 have been identified as being Significantly Disproportionate. Therefore, you are NOT required to allocate IDEA Part B funds for CEIS; Please complete the included form indicating whether or not your district will voluntarily allocate IDEA funds to support CEIS, and return the form to Amy Filipovich. (FYI, noone in IU 28 has ever done this voluntarily.)
REMINDER: Changes in services are due by March 31st, 2026.
