Join Journalism and Publications Join Journalism and Publications

If you are looking for an elective for next year, consider joining journalism and the Liberty publications program. We are looking for students who want to learn how to be reporters, photographers, videographers, video and audio editors, graphic designers or who just want to be a part of a fun, inclusive organization. No experience is necessary. Just a willingness to learn and work in a student-centered, creative environment.

Journalism opens the doors to many exciting opportunities. These are all year-long practical art/elective courses. Students typically begin in introduction to journalism to determine what it is they like to do and are interested in. These classes also fit within the Communications Pathway.

We have an informational meeting coming up TUESDAY, JAN. 21 at 7 a.m. or 2:25 p.m. in room 239. If you cannot make the meeting, we will also have the room open during both RED and BLUE lunches THURSDAY, JAN. 23.

If you have any questions about being on staff, contact publications adviser Jonathan Hall at jonathanhall@wsdr4.org, talk to a student who is in our program, or stop by room 239.
